KB Polk Recreation Center is located near Lovefield Airport just off Lemmon Ave and Mockingbird. This center caters to community needs and interests by offering a variety of Senior, Adult, Teen, and Youth programs. The center is equipped with a fitness center, gymnasium, large and small meeting rooms, and a computer lab.

Throne of Greatness by Haggard, Carolann
7-foot-high limestone ‘Throne’ decorated with carved African Symbols resides in the courtyard of the KB Polk Recreation Center inviting children to climb and sit and ponder future goals and dreams.
