Individuals may not bring in a personal trainer. All personal trainers must have a Dallas Park and Recreation Board approved Personal Services Agreement (PSA) with the Park and Recreation Department. All personal training fees will be paid by the client to the City of Dallas and the personal trainer will be compensated by the City for their services through the terms of the PSA. Any individual perceived to be conducting personal training outside of these guidelines will be in violation of Dallas City Code 32-10 (subsection A) and be asked to cease and desist until an approved PSA is established with the department.

You can use any fitness center if you purchase the Universal Pass. Otherwise, your fitness pass is only valid at the point of purchase.
